1. Who is responsible
DealTimeWorlds is an independent studio owned and operated by Dany Clairvoyant (Quebec, Canada), acting as the person responsible for the protection of personal information. For questions about this policy, reach us through the contact form.
2. What we collect
We only collect personal information when you voluntarily write to us through the contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), subject and message. No account is required, and no data is collected without your knowledge anywhere else on the site.
3. Purpose & consent
This information is used solely to reply to your message. It serves no other purpose — no marketing, no profiling, no automated decision-making. By submitting the form, you consent to this use. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).
4. Retention & hosting
Your messages arrive in an email inbox — there is no contact database. They are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted on request. Website and email hosting is provided by our supplier (servers in Canada). We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
5. Cookies & statistics
The site uses no cookies and no client-side trackers. Server logs (IP address, page viewed) are analyzed in aggregate and anonymous form to measure traffic, are never linked to your identity, and are kept short-term.
6. Your rights
Under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you have the right to access your information, have it corrected, request its deletion, and withdraw your consent. Send your request through the contact form; we reply within the timelines set by law. If unsatisfied, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

This policy may be updated. The last revision date appears at the top of the page.
